UHMW Outrigger Pads Built for the Job

UHMW polyethylene is a durable, lightweight material commonly used for crane outrigger pads and other heavy-equipment ground support applications. Properly sized outrigger pads help distribute loads over a larger bearing area and provide a stable surface between the outrigger and the ground.

At Raptor Tech, we believe you should know exactly what you’re putting under your crane.

With every plastic outrigger pad, we provide a material certification documenting the material’s origin and quality. Knowing the physical and mechanical properties of your outrigger pads helps you make informed decisions when assessing your crane setup and ground-support requirements.

Every Standard pad also has embedded RFID and NFC chips. Scan one with your phone to pull up its product data sheet, or use the chips to track your inventory automatically.

If your pad provider cannot provide specific information about the material used in their pads, it’s worth asking why. You should never have to guess what your outrigger pads are made of.

ADDITIONAL SAFETY FEATURE

Keep Your Pads Moving with Your Crane

Add the magnetic option to help reduce repeated lifting and repositioning throughout the day. Once placed on the outrigger, the pad stays attached as the outrigger moves into position.

When it is time to remove the pad, simply release it with downward foot pressure. Less manual handling means easier setup and less work for your crew.

Aluminum floats? No problem. Add our adaptor plate and the magnetic option works for you too.
